Refund policy

We want you to love your Nabri pieces! If for any reason you are not completely happy, we offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your order.


How to Start a Return

You can start your return in two ways:

1. Through your account

  • Go to account.nabristore.com or click the profile icon in the store’s menu.

  • Log in with your email address and the six-digit verification code sent to your inbox.

  • Select the order you want to return. If the order has multiple items, choose the ones you want to return.

  • Select a return reason and add a note if needed.

  • Click Request return.

If your return is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive your refund.

2. By email
You can also request a return by contacting us directly at nabri@nabristore.com. We will guide you through the process.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in all cases except when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Receipt or proof of purchase


Damages or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away so we can make it right.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
