Shipping policy

At Nabri, every order is prepared with care and love. Please note that shipping times may vary, as each piece is handled thoughtfully before being sent out.

Shipping locations: Orders are shipped from Puerto Rico. At this time, we ship to Puerto Rico and the United States. We look forward to expanding to more locations in the future!

Processing time: Orders are typically prepared within a few business days. During busy periods or depending on the product, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time: Once shipped, your package will be in the hands of the carrier. Delivery times depend on their service and location, so we cannot guarantee exact dates.

Carrier responsibility: Nabri is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Shipping costs:

• Flat rate of $5.00 for orders shipped to Puerto Rico.

• Flat rate of $8.50 for orders shipped to the United States.

• Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping within Puerto Rico and the United States.
  Please note that while these rates apply to most products, certain items may have a different shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
